Ron, the representative that I spoke with was very understanding of my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. He informed me that the company would be with me every step of the way. Once my order was confirmed, I was contacted immediately by the Shipping Relationship Manager, Elena Wilson. Elena explained to me the necessary testing and packing formalities that would take place with the engine. And the tracking info was provided immediately. Elena stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. The engine was received 9 days (excluding weekends) after the order date. My mechanic was very impressed with the way the engine look and how well it was packaged. I was very pleased with Used Engine Inc.! I would definitely use them again for my car part needs!

Item was delivered within proposed timeframe, after careful inspection by certified mechanic Item purchased was as described. Communication was acceptable, I personally would continue to do business with Used Engines.
