I ordered a used engine from these people. I was skeptical at first for spending 8 grands for a used engine. Sales person Sarah assisted me in selecting the right one as per my preferences. She has rich experience in this industry and she cleared all doubts. I was in peace when I received the engine pressure washed and ready on a wooden pallet, well strapped. They were cautious in removing the engine from the vehicle because all the parts of the engine were in good shape. A relationship manager was assigned to me as soon as I made the payment and she took care of all shipping updates. She made sure I received my engine as expected and that I am satisfied with it.
