They were kind understanding and worked with me. Mechanic taking a little longer to put in but. They shipped when they said they would the delay was with the company I got it later than the said date to receive so now I have to wait for the mechanic to have time to get back to the car. But the company that sent it. Kept there word on helping me find out why the company roadrunner was delayed in getting it to me so I have yet to activate the warranty🤦🏽‍♀️ but I found the motor is defected and now I have to rebuild it in order to use it……… and it’s to late to activate warranty😡😭

I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received, I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues.. Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having, He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement, I didn't have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund.. although I received a bad engine which can happen, these are used engines, they seem to be standing by the warranty, the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign, they can't guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you.. the engine I received had more miles then what I was told, and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you. If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler.
