This company may not even exist. They provide no way to talk to upper management. They only have one 800 number and no one I talk to provides logical responses. Appears to be a fraud. Prove me wrong. Well Daisy stepped in and redeemed my faith in Used Engines. I don't know if it was arranged to go the way it did but after Daisy got involved the securement and shipment of my engine was flawless. Unlike Elena who wouldnt return phone call and answer simple questions, Daisy made sure my engine was pulled, tested, packed and shipped immediately. While knowing that sometime terrible things happen to items during shipping, the ability to explain the circumstances in a calming way is essential to doing good business. Daisy did that in explaining that while the engine I initially was suppose to receive from Elena had fallen off the truck and was destroyed, Daisy jumped right in found a replacement and had it on the way in no time. Since that time the the engine has been received and installed with a few small problem that should be expected with a engine that has 118000 miles on it but for the price and the time it took after Daisy took over my order it's been worth it and I'm driving my truck again with confidence at this point that I will get good result out of my purchase. Thank again Daisy for proving me wrong that Used Engines Inc does exist and with caring people like Daisy to take care of customers when things go bad they will continue to be a great company that an produce results when the need is called for.
